were you accidently in the guild mail screen? that does go out to the entire guild.

I was in the Guild Mail, but I am the GM and the Permissions for each Rank I have only Officer's and the GM's to read Guild Mail. The Senior Members and below do not have the right to have Guild Mail.

Guild mail always goes to the entire guild. The settings are not for who RECEIVES the mail, it is for who can SEND the mail. There is no Officer mail currently in the game, though it has been requested many times.

It would be nice if detailed information like this could be explained beforehand. That way, mail doesn't get sent out to the wrong people.

Maybe a suggestion for sending out mail to multiple people then? Or as you said Officer Mail.

Little known fact, you can send mail to multiple people. Just separate the @handles with commas. So like if I wanted to send a mail to everyone who replied on this particular thread I would send it to: @kreatyve, @realpyxx, @thefiresidecat

I have tested this a few times on PC, and it does work. Keep in mind that there is a character limit in the send box though, so do not include character names. All player to player mail goes to the persons entire account regardless anyway.
