Foundry Repeatable Campaign

Dungeons are back, class paths are finally getting a second look and PvE solo/group content is becoming more and more streamlined with joint quests, better grouping features and a better campaign progress window. One can even hope that PvP might get a second a look these days.
I think it's about time that the foundry, which was one of Neverwinter's most unique features, became useful again.

Perhaps the simplest way to do this is to make the foundry part of the current system, by introducing a "repeatable campaign" specific to the foundry. The idea is to create a multiple-branching, repeatable/looping campaign system with that grants different rewards based on beating different foundry types.
For example, in order to progress a player might have to choose between beating a foundry with lots of monsters or a foundry with no monsters at all. Using this type of system, devs can encourage more diverse foundry types (exploration foundry types, dialogue-centric foundry types, foundries where you constantly need to be moving, foundries where you need to stand still as much as possible, etc - considerations have to be made for the fact that killing monsters automatically does give players rewards through mount/enchantment buffs, though) AND incorporate a kind of customized campaign system that players can experience at leisure (with different branch paths geared toward different player types, like geared players and new players), for unique rewards.
The foundry could be the ultimate companion campaign to all other campaigns (much like how Underdark is to the Tyranny of Dragons/DR/Icewind Dale campaign) while allowing devs to flex their more quirkier creative juices (because the game badly needs more of that kind of humor, note the massive increase in pun-based humor and drastic decrease in off-peak dev/game-bashing during special events, just because someone randomly decided to introduce the word "fawn" into the game, for example)

The rewards system can include rough AD (standard, possibly at the end and/or middle of the campaign), in-game buffs (we already have repeatable tasks/quests for RP and gear), fashions, and once per campaign loop special rewards (power points, rough AD raffle, glory raffle, a unique temporary skill/item, etc). Unique buffs like +% XP and movespeed when in a group in PvE, bonus stamina gain/ArP when soloing in PvE and increased damage against elite monsters for new players or +%damage/damage taken reduced against specific creature types, chance for bonus dungeon loot or any number of "fun" enhancements like enemy destroyed by crits explodes into a shower of stars and rainbows for older players would be ideal, helping out players and giving the devs an opportunity to go all out on all things weird and quirky.
