GWF vs TR slow daggers

several times today I've faced off against different TRs who I assume are using the slow artifact power for throwing daggers. TR are sitting at a safe distance throwing daggers causing a slow to proc that brings you to an almost motionless crawl. unstoppable will not break slow, while unstoppable - you can be slowed. while sprinting you can be slowed.
this is game breaking for PVP GWF, and as this glory event goes further along, more and more TRs are doing it.
