Dragon Sigils vanishing

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
Not sure if bug or there's something I'm missing, but the dragon sigils I've been recieving keep disappearing. I should have over 16 by now but everytime I relog, zone etc a couple or all vanish. Now I have zero.
