    Are the Survivor Wraps still worth trying to get for a DPS GF?

    Definitely, even 1 stack of SWW and Reckless Attacker is more bonus than anything any arm piece gives. Only reason to not use them is if you're getting your dose of damage from somewhere else, for example Avatar of Orcus curse.
