Bug Reporting system

I feel like Arc should develop a better bug reporting system...I submitted a ticket through ARC support and their response was we're sorry to hear that and this is an unreported bug (Wrong because I've found a half dozen instances of my issue happening) and then the following suggestion

"The best way for us to ensure that this is resolved as quickly as possible is for you to submit a bug report with your findings through here: http://forum.arcgames.com/neverwinter/categories/bug-reports-(playstation4) "

Somehow I feel submitting a ticket that could get addressed directly would be better than submitting a bug report to a forum...

Also why is there no In Game bug reporting ability...I haven't seen an MMO that doesn't have a robust Bug reporting system setup directly in game...

Instead I have had to create an account here submit my ticket and then after they suggested to post on the forum I had to wait for my to be upgraded from a NEW user to a regular user (A few days apparently) to be able to post as a topic (Yes I know I could comment on existing posts)

It's been reported now but it was way more complicated than just submitting an In Game ticket directly linked to the account I experien ced the bug with...

It makes it seem like they don't really want users to report bugs. Adding all these extra steps probably hoping people just give up and stop reporting them. Then they never really give an answer or address the bugs so it just adds to the feeling they don't really care.

i play on my PS4 and started out able to get the thunder tiger mount.... but i now have 8 characters and it seems to be missing form the vendor with the gift over his head has it moved?
