icedale campaign bug

My girlfriend started the icedale campaign and donated her first three tears to the guild stronghold. Now she can't progress in the campaign because she requires three tears in order to unlock baericks iceforge 1. There is no possible way for her to get them because we have tried everything. Releasing the quest and grabbing it again to leaving her faction and re joining. In order to get the daily quests she has to get these three tears. Please fix this because it is slowing down progress.

No. I'm on ps4 so we don't have genie gifts yet.. thank you for trying to help though.
