Oseterian Resin went to my overflow bag, cant move it anywhere

Oseterian Resin went to my overflow bag, cant move it anywhere. I think my profession slots were full and thats why this happened. I have open some profession resource slots but cant figure out how to move the resin there. Also, cant restore boots since resin needs to be in professions slots. Not being recognized since its in overflow bag.

My only option is to discard it, because once you have an item in overflow bag you are limited to what you can do.

    Next time I see something in overflow for professions I will look for that Transfer button. Thx
