Guild hall not upgrading

We have a GH rank 3 and have been trying to upgrade to 4 but the timer stays on 0 and it wont upgrade. We have 6 buildings at level one. Anyone know how to fix this or what could be wrong?

    I guess the obvious question to ask is if GH3 finished construction. It takes 2 days. Only thing I can think of if you have the needed resources.

    After starting the upgrade were u looking at the timer through the guild menu or through the plot sign itself

    we had started it and we all kept checking but overall it took 4 days. the leader had to leave the guild and come back then it started upgrading.

    its doing it again now that we are trying to upgrade to GH 5

    Only thing I could think of is create a support ticket

    Maybe you have something set on guild permissions incorrectly, there is a permission for allow build. Try checking those on whomever is supposed to be able to do it for your guild.
