View Drift when moving right analogue stick towards the right

Has anyone noticed a visible "drift" (the screen viewpoint) when they move the right analogue stick towards the right? If I push right, the screen view moves slowly right. It doesn't happen when moving it left. Any suggestions?
It didn't do this before the new update (not played NW for a few days) and it isn't doing it in other games - so it's not the controller itself.
