Continuous crashing

While I was doing my dailies in the Dread Ring my screen froze while entering the Dread Spire. I had to manually close the game but during the restarting the game keeps crashing. I Just get an error code and the game completely shuts down. The ps4 tells me to update my game or system in order to get rid of this error code but my ps4 system is up to date, the game version is 1.03 which is the latest version on ps4. This has never occured to me before, happened since the 1.03 update.
Anybody else got this problem?

This got fixed by removing the game from my ps4 then downloaded it again and installed it
