Some Ideas for Epic Equipment

Returning all old Epic Dungeons and create a sistem to give crafting more importance.

Firstly we need to reincorporate Feat armor division stats on epic equipment. For example:

Instigator armor stats (DPS): Hit points, Power, Recovery, Regeneration or Armor penetration and Defense.
Destroyer armor stats (DPS): Hit points, Power, Critical Strike, Armor Penetration and Defense.
Sentinel armor stats (TANK): Hit points, Defense, Deflection, Regeneration and Life Steal.

The next step is to create Race armors with this feat division. You can achieve this armors doing instances. The order could be something like this:

Dragonborn armor: Caverns of Karrundax, Lair of Lostmauth.
Drow armor: The Dread Vault, Temple of the Spider.
Dwarf armor: The Frozen Heart, Demogorgon.
Elf armor: Temple of the Spider, Malabog´s Castle.
Frost Giant armor: The Frozen Heart, Fangbreaker Island.
Halfling armor: Cragmire Crypts, Pirate King´s Retreat.
Human armor: Throne of Idris, Valindra´s Tower.
Illithid armor: The Dread Vault, Castle Never.
Orc armor: The Cloak Tower, Gray Wolf Den.
Tiefling armor: The Dread Vault, Demogorgon.

This Epic armors gives character some extra stats apart from the feat division. There are Tier 1 armors (Item level: 130):

Dragonborn armor: Power, Incoming Healing Bonus.
Drow armor: Life Steal, Combat Advantage Bonus.
Dwarf armor: Regeneration, Control Resistance.
Elf armor: Action Point Gain, Incoming Healing Bonus.
Frost Giant armor: Armor Penetration, DoT Damage Resistance.
Halfling armor: Movement, Deflection.
Human armor: Defense, AoE Resistance.
Illithid armor: Control Resistance, Life Steal Severity.
Orc armor: Critical Strike, Stamina Gain.
Tiefling armor: Control Bonus, Armor Penetration.

This armors can be empowered to Tier 2 with armor class crafting (Platesmithing, Leatherworking...) to get Faction armors (Item Level 135). Fot this, characters need to do instances for getting materials. This empowering incrises stats given by the armor and other new stats. The result could be something like this:

Arcane Brotherhood armor: Action Points Gain + Control Bonus. +1 Intelligence, +1 Wisdom.
Delzoun armor: Regeneration + AoE Resistance. +1 Constitution, +1 Charisma.
Emerald Enclave armor: Life Steal Severity + Stamina Gain. +1 Strength, +1 Dexterity.
Harpers armor: More duration to Stamina/Guard and TAB Hability. +1 Dexterity, +1 Charisma.
Lord´s Alliance armor: Defense + Incoming Healing Bonus. +1 Dexterity, +1 Constitution.
Luskan armor: Recovery + Combat Advantage Bonus. +1 Strength, +1 Constitution.
Order of the Gauntlet armor: Power + Action Points Gain. +1 Wisdom, +1 Charisma
Ten-Towners armor: Defense + Control Resistance. +1 Constitution, +1 Wisdom.
Zhentarim armor: Bonus Damage to At-Will and Encounter Powers. +1 Strength, +1 Intelligence.

With the Black Ice Shaping could empowering armors to Tier 3 (Item level 140). This empowering could be Elemental or Black Ice. Dependig of the element or the kind of Black Ice (Corrupted or Purified) Armors getting a empowering on its stats and it gets new habilities.

Tier 4 armors could (Item Level 145) be obtained with Voninblod or Demonic Ichor Infusion on Black Ice Shaping. It could give to the character incrising armor stats and this kind of benefits: 10% Kind of enemy resistance (for example Orc) and 10% effect damage resistance (Poison, Fire, Ice...)

The maximum empowering could be granted with both Black Ice and Voninblod empowering resources without crafting. Only refining armors with this empowerment grants a Tier 5 armor (Item Level 150). When character obtain this armor stats benefits, he could invoke to recieve and extra armor stats bonus. If the armor loses it´s maximum empowering, the invoke extra bonus will be lost. Almost the god could give players and extra bonus apart from the armor stats benefits.

Examples of possible final names for armors: Voninblod Corrupted Arcane Brotherhood Human Armor, Demonic Earth Harper Elf Armor,...
