Stamina Not Regenerating Fast Enough & L2/R2 Attacks Drained/Glitched

Is anyone else having trouble with stamina in the game? last night my stamina bar glitched and now it won't refill right away, instead it slowly fills back up over time and zaps back down almost instantly. I'm using a Scourge Warlock but combat is almost impossible now because I don't have enough stamina for casting. When I used L2 and R2 attacks my character flails her arms around weakly and does next to no damage.

I tried the following to fix it with no luck whatsoever:

Logged out and back in again
Selected "I'm stuck & Defeat Me" many times
Reset my internet
Turned the game off and on again
Used a retraining token to respec all of my powers and feats (what a waste)
Logged out and 8 hours later it was still glitched

My character is a level 63 Scourge Warlock. I paid for VIP and purchased items and fashion for the character so erasing her completely is not an option.

I know there is a glitch where the stamina bar just doesn't refill anymore but that is easily fixed by logging off and logging back in. Happens if you were spamming the L3 button and somehow you die from the mobs or the boss. The meter glitches to zero and doesn't refill anymore.

But i have never heard about stamina bar going up slowly glitch.

May be try this. Switch to some of the powers that increase stamina regeneration or use boons or whatever it is that is remotely associated with stamina. May be that we reset it back. Post a video or something so we can all see whats happening

I logged on again today and after last nights server crash my character came back fixed. Finally time to get back to some good gaming

I have also noticed the stamina does not regenerate for my Scourge Warlock character, but it seems to be in certain areas - several places in the Chasm, and most recently when fighting the vampire dude in the Chandler Farm quest. As soon as I went back to Protector's Enclave, my stamina bar was back to 100% and regenerated fine.

If it's a bug, are there any plans to fix it????
