Default Chat Tab ?

I have a custom chat tab that only shows certain channels that I use while doing my dailies/quests so I'm not inundated with LFG/Trade chats etc, however every time I change instances, talk to a vendor/quest giver it resets to the "Social" tab. It never used to do this and has been happening since Thursday's patch. Please fix!
