Character history

Coming from City of Heroes, I enjoyed the option to include character history in Neverwinter. My characters are important to me. The creation process is a painstaking endeavor with lots of trial and error until they are just right. They all have histories in my mind, so I started to add them in game. Unfortunately it seems to be bugged. After the clunky input process of writing out the history on PS4, I logged in last night to find the entire space blank where my history had been. Quite frustrating.

My history disappeared too. I only wrote one sentence and was still mad about it. Can't imagine how frustrating it would bs had I spent more time on it.
