Troubles with Mantol Derith daily quest

Hi all guys,
I hope you will be able to help me with this issue. I've checked forums and I haven't found anything that could help me solving my matter. I also sent a ticket to the support, 3 days ago: but still no answer.
Well, let me explain my problem with two screenshots.
In my first screenshot, Zurran's quest, the quest is working properly: in fact, it shows me what i have to do to complete it

In my second screenshot, Lordgiò's quest, the quest is simply empty: I tried to delete and taking it again; forced a file verify from options, used CCleaner, simply waited for the daily reset of quests: nothing worked. I also made a tour of all the maps involved in this quest (Icepire, Whispering Caverns, and so on): I wasn't able to activate the quest in any of them. Also trying to enter the dungeons in Mantol Derith (Drow, Labirinth, and so on) gave me the same result. I also tried to delete all the quests from the list and to pick Bruenor's quest again: nothing.

Is there any other procedure I should try to see if I can solve the matter by myself, while I'm waiting for the support to answer?
Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it.

The force verify would be the only one that would work in fixing faulty game files, but you could try a chkdsk as you may have a problem somewhere in the file system. Run a force verify after the chkdsk, and if that does not work, you will have to wait for Tech support, I'm afraid.

Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.

    Hi Krailov,
    thanks for answering.
I did as you've suggested, and I've not solved my issue. I'm patiently waiting for the support to answer.
