Can't find spider from redeem code

I finally got a hold of one of the promo redeem codes Sony sent out. The 10 days of vip were at the reward vendor but not the spider. How am I suposed to claim it?

    go to the zen market and claim it there

    It was emailed to random ppl by Sony. One of my friends got one and doesn't play any of the games it was for.

    I wish I could get another for my BF - I got a code and he didn't. I put it in assuming everyone was going to get one. He really could have used it more than me.

    Pretty bummed I didn't get this code or one for the gelatinous cube. Maybe next time
