Mechanical Pack

I noticed a bag symbol when praying. Looking at the prayer thing, it says 'Mechanical Pack - Contains one of the following' and has a list of four things.

But I don't seem to be getting a pack on any of my characters. Was this pulled long ago and is just left over text or is it in some secret place on my character?

You have to invoke at a mechanical alter bought from Gond to get the pack.
