Display Character Name

I created a new character but I cannot change display name from 'never' to 'always'. When I try to click on 'always' the 'CHAT' option is highlighted instead. Has anyone else encountered this or have a solution. I have reported the bug multiple times for the last 6 months with no response or solution.

I've got the same problem. Unfortunately I haven't got a solution to offer, sorry. But atleast you're not alone, heh.
