Cant get passed launcher.

Hello there!

When I open the launcher (via steam) it briefly shows a picture, a green server status and some news. Only for a second though, after that, all those spaces turn black (and the big picture changes). When I try to enter my password it says :

Cannot connect to account linking server, please restart the launcher and try again

Obviously, I've tried this and also tried reinstalling the game. Some problem...
(It also says "The website is experiencing technical difficulties. Normal game play is not affected)

    Currently the game is down for maintenance on PC. Perhaps you were trying just before they brought the server down, and it was disallowing logins. Try again once the servers are back up.
