Recoup RP

So my wife has an account and she quit a few months ago. I was going to have her log in and get her free trove so that I could get her blood ruby. but of course it's bound. What's the best way to get that RP into something that isn't bound so that I could trade it, sell it or use it myself? Obviously I'll lose some RP, but how can I recoup the most possible.

    Refining anything other than enchantments and runestones forces you to bind the item to you. I'm not positive but I think you will have a penalty for refinement since rubies are made for refining gear.

    Rubies are made for refining. Don't think they are focused like the various stones are.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
