Does the offhand weapon power for Guarded Assault proc Crushing Pin? Also, I heard there was no cooldown, does anyone know if that is true? Thanks in advance for the replies.

its correct No CD. If you conbine this with a T.Briartwine you will be melting things
Briartwine works off the damage you actually take so that 100k hit that goes through your 80% dmg mitigation is 20k then through your shield another 80% now is 4k. That 4k hit is what briartwine uses so 5% of that is a 200 damage reflect. Oh so melting things.
He is just trying to unload it on some poor hapless victim.
Briartwine is garbage, I was lucky to get rid of my Trans before mod 8. Fireburst is much better. But personally I run soulforge on my gf with lathander set. Whatever you do don't buy briartwine.....
Go with soulforged, it's relatively cheap (you can keep it at lesser if you can't afford to upgrade) and serves as an instant reset when you make a mistake. If you have Lathander's set, you'll be healed back to almost full health (along with your party) when you are auto-revived.

and also the featured satirical comedic adventure "A Call for Heroes".
If you unlock the artifact power that causes enemies who have been hit by guarded assault to be slowed by 5% it will then also apply crushing pin.
