The Aquatic Elf Abduction Heroic Encounter has a spawning issue. Most of the time, the elves needing to be saved do not spawn until the 4min mark left on the timer. In less frequent cases, the enemies do not spawn immediately either. This issue is a problem for those of us using the Water Seeker Wand as we cannot guarantee that we'll get a Mote of Water from this Heroic Encounter simply because we have to wait so long to finish it. With only 2hrs available to earn Motes from these encounters, this is a very frustrating reality. Please fix this.
