Storm King Thunder boon completion and seal trader

I have an Ostorian Relic that claims there's a Relic Collector in Market Square. There's no such NPC. How can I turn this in?

Are there any genie's gifts or similar items that can be used to purchase the boons?

    The relic merchant is in the market square of Byn Shandar. There is nothing like genie's gift to speed you through the campaign at this time.

    I found out the reason it wasn't working is you have to complete some other missions before it works.

    the relic collector for that quest is the guy exchanging ostorian relics for voninblood

    I can only imagine what would happen if they had a genie's gift thing there already lol. I have like 50 of the things laying around.

    Well, there are three in the new Ten Towns' Treasure Trove Pack you can collect from the Rewards Claim Agent in PE...so it might not be too long before they can be traded to progress in Stormking :)

    They probably put those in for speeding up previous boon completion to make Stormking a little easier.
