Invoking/map whatever menu keeps randomly appearing

It happens most often in fights I know I am not pressing the directional buttons or even L1 yet it keeps coming up almost as often as a gold spammer message. does anyone know why this keeps happening it just got me killed twice today because instead of getting out of stupid like I was TRYING to do I was reading my map :s

    Yeah mine does the same thing - it's when I hit the touch pad it goes to invoke

    Yeah the games touchpad sensitivity is poor. If you swipe left, right, up, down its supposed to open a different menu and for some reason it seems to always go to invoke when it's always inconvenient

    just click the bottom left of the touchpad when using the touchpad and nothing else.

    Yeah it seems to get confused between swiping and pressing the touchpad.
