Soul Scorch bugged

Currently on live (pre-mod 10) the DoT component of Soul Scorch procs and stacks off of lesser curses and Tyrannical Threat. On preview the DoT ONLY triggers of tabbed curses. There is no point to lesser curses if they don't do as their tool tip states and function as full tabbed curses. Even with the changes to TT (now TC in mod 10), I don't see why SS's DoT component shouldn't be applied on the marked target

LC is a dps boost by synergy with curse consum using ACC, working with FB , DT, and procing Creeping death.

WC is needed for:
Vamiric Embrace, DoB, Deadly curse, Warding curse, SS, Harrow storm, Wraith shadow, BoVA, Hadar grasp

If you would make LC work like WC some of those mechanics will proc without having any way to trigger them on purpose, like Harrow storms prone, wraith shadow -> spawn of puppet and Hadar grasp cc.
But right , the other one should also work with lesser curse, like Vampiric embrace, DoB, deadly curse, warding curse, SS, Bova to prevent you from applying that clonky and laggy WC.

Seperating LC from WC is okay, even taking away effect of "act as curse" under warlock bargein. But Tyrannical curse not acting as WC is kinda.. stupid? whole point of TC on single target fight was to up DMG- which they nerfed and in last update and now it deals same or lower dmg then having only WC on target - but if you use SS on target having WC and TC and it take away your WC then it is srsly even more stupid. It is daily spell god damn it - at least I expect it to prevent us from deleting WC after using single encounter...not really game that would allow me to use TAB SS TAB SS TAB SS without 1-2 sec delay after SS and TAB because of 180 ping.
