Unable to open a Support Ticket

Hello,

I've been trying to open a Support Ticket (https://support.arcgames.com/) but I keep ending on a empty blanc page that said:

The www.arcgames.com page isn’t working
www.arcgames.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I did clean the cookies but the problem is still there.

After, I've tried with a different browser, with a different PC and even with the smart phone,
still unable to open a support ticket.

Is any other way to do so?

    Yes, you can send an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com to file a ticket that way.
