Artifact belt for TR

So I got to 70 a couple days ago and Im already working on getting better gear. One of the things that bother me is that almost every TR I see has an artifact belt, while I'm still using a crappy uncommon one. I've seen some people using the Belt of Valindra's guard and others using Greater belt of the Seldarine. Though, while surfacing the AH, I came across the Greater Twined Rope of Dexterity which looks really awesome. So, which one should I get? The first 2 are cheap while the Greater twined goes for around 300k so for me it would be a huge investment cause I only have 800k AD atm. So which one of these is worth getting and upgrading? I'll probably be using it until I can afford lostmauth

    Twinned is a rare drop from Dragon Heralds in WoD.

    and from Venfithar and Vilithtrax too. Otherwise it would be a lot much expensier. Well, at least that's what my friend told me. But I have no pattience to farm stuff like this so I'd rather buy it.
