Holy Avenger and Engine Inspiration Boon?

Class: Renegade Wizard / Master of Flame
Weapon enchant: Holy Avenger
boon: Engine Inspiration (your heal spells have a chance to heal for 20,000.)

Was wondering when the effect of the HOLY AVENGER activates if it has a chance to proc the additional heal of ENGINE INSPIRATION.

Also will CHAOTIC GROWTH activate this effect too?

Need to know so I can either buy or make a holy avenger.

I dont know for sure but I really think holy avenger will not trigger engine inspiration since its not a healing "spell". Cant tell you, I have got a virtous cleric, the boon and the holy avenger but my cleric has too many spells, feats, boons and such mechanics triggering. I actually never know which healing mechanic is currently triggered, its just too many of them.

I tried using the Holy Avenger to see if the boon would work with it. Being a Virtuous DC, I tried not use healing powers or equip Light of Divinity. It was difficult trying to keep HP low for a significant amount of time to see if the boon would proc from from it. I checked over the logs and never really saw the boon proc unless I actually used a heal power beforehand. I would see Holy Avenger proc heals sometimes on myself and others but there was never an Engine Inspiration proc anywhere near it. I've seen some suspicious procs of Engine Inspiration near nothing else that could trigger it, but these were usually in dungeon runs, where I would be using heals. Maybe those procs were listed at the end of all the actions taking place or triggered by a HoT running it's course?

Out of curiosity I even tried Miracle Healer set with it and it didn't seem to work with it either.

I tried it out some more and it got more confusing. I managed to trigger it on myself and my companion. Seaker's Beacon proc'ced next to Holy Avenger (switched out of Miracle Healer, hoping for clearer result). I got Holy Avenger and Cleansing Fire procs next to each other. I think one time there was nothing nearby except Cleansing Fire. In all cases Engine Inspiration is listed a few action steps afterwards. Something that isn't a heal encounter power is activating Engine Inspiration. This may be easier for a PC player to figure out.

When I solo I usually don't and for the mentioned tests I tried, no, I did not. Just BotS, Lance, FF and Chains.

I do know Engine Inspiration procs from Soothing Light, so I did not use that either. Same reason for removing Light of Divinity from my slotted powers.
