+4 sudden rings broken on GWF

+4 sudden rings all act as if they are +1 rings on GWFs since last update. +4 Sudden rings have their proc last for a maximum of 2 seconds.
This issue seems limited to GWFs, we did reference testing against 2x Sourges and they do not seem to have the issue where as 3 Great Weapon Fighters do.
