(Solved)Having issues with queue

I was just in domination got disconnected loaded back in and unfortunately had a leavers penalty so I waited the time out queued back up accidentally missed the q by a second so I went to try and queue again and for some reason I have instead of a normal 30min penalty I have a 11 minute and 47 second penalty, and here's where I'm slightly annoyed I waited 12 minutes just to be sure went to q and the time reset back to 11m 47sec if I leave the q menu and go back each time it resets. And that's my bug for today Edit had to reset my xbox to get it to allow me to q
