Quest: The Best of the Best; bugged

Cannot speak to anyone inside the Trade of Blades to complete this quest. The PVP Campaign Master does not have the Quest completion portion.

    This got me for a while too. You finish the quest by saying goodbye to the campaign master. If you just press O to leave discussion it doesn't complete no matter what other chat options you've selected while talking to them.
