(Xbox) 3rd Party AD Chat Spam

I am so tired of the 3rd party AD chat spam. Every time I am in Protectors Enclave the trade chat is clogged up by these 3rd party websites and it's all you can see in the chat. You're lucky if you see any real trade chat because they spam so much. I get tired of seeing it so I submit an offensive player report for chat spam and type in "3rd party AD bot" in the comments and the gamertag gets added to my ignore list. Once I finally get them all reported and on my ignore list not even two minutes later they are all some how off of my ignore list and clogging up my trade chat feed. Please fix this! It is so annoying. Once a player gets put on my ignore list they should be able to just magically get off of it unless I choose to take them off. Is this some sort of bug? And to add to the pain of getting these spammers on the ignore list, there is a timer you have to wait for in between submitting report!

    What I really want to know most is if the spammers getting off my ignore list and back in my trade chat is a bug and if it's being worked on.

    They aren't getting off your ignore list. Their accounts are getting banned so they make new ones with similar names.

    I am aware that they create new accounts but not usually 2 minutes after they get on my ignore list every time. Trust me, I have checked, the same gamertag(s) start clogging up my trade chat 2 mins after they are put on my ignore list and then I have to submit another report and wait for the timer in between submitting reports. In general is a huge annoyance and takes up way to much time just to actually see real trade requests out there.
