Hello All,
For the last two days in particular I have had issues staying connected. I have reviewed both my WIndow's , firewall and antivirus settings and have found that they are set properly. I even did a roll back; I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, yet it persists. Can anyone give me other ideas, or is it server side (I can find not notice of that being true)?

Open a command prompt, type in "tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com" (without quotes). You should get a list where hopefully (before you hit 30) you see something like:
26 237 ms 240 ms 238 ms xboxpatchserver.crypticstudios.com [208.95.185.41]
If you do not get the bolded part as part of your last line, you are not even reaching the game servers.
After the tracert is finished, type in "ping patchserver.crypticstudios.com -t" (no quotes) and hit enter. The '-t' is important, as it will keep the ping going until manually stopped, instead of just 4 pings. As this runs, launch the game and play as normal until you get the connection issue, then go back to this command window and hit Ctrl+C to stop the ping. It should then display the results, including any spikes in packet loss.
If you are getting packet loss, it will be your internet connection, sorry. You will need to post the results (choose one of the average looking ones if you have run it a few times), so we can assist with trouble-shooting it further.
You could try using a VPN service like
PingZapper : pingzapper.com, or
WTFast: wtfast.com
But do not pay any money until you have tried it and it works for you. I have had to resort to using WTFast myself to get a reliable connection from Australia - and I have Fibre Optic!
Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.
