Caturday Survivors

Would it be possible to allow the old "Cape of Catastrophe" to be set as bound to account instead of bound to character?
I no longer play my three (old) mains who all have the cape, but my new main I've played for the last three years was created shortly after Caturday so he missed out.
I'd just like to be able to take the old transmutable item "Cape of Catastrophe" and give it to my main character.

No. It is an "achievement" of your character, not of your account.

I wish there would be a way of getting the caturday cape again ._. I had to transmute mine sometine in M5 for new artifact equip
