HR PvP Questions

So I just lvled my HR to 70 and I plan to do quite a bit of pvp so I was wondering where I should start? Like what set should I go for first and what weapon and stuff I should try getting in order to do well in pvp as a new 70, I get like 2 shot by TR and other HR's so I know I'm not even close to geared for pvp. I also don't see pvp weapons anywhere so does that mean I should pve for one or am I just not looking in the right place?
