Control wizard teleport lag/delay

After using Control wizard movement ability: Teleport, there is delay before you can cast or move. If you try move right after teleport, you move 50cm and lag right back where you teleported. Or if you try cast a spell right after teleportin, it will be canceled and you have to cast it again.

Ok, lets forget it. It has been problem over 2 years, so it's not just ps4.
Arc doesn't care. It just breaks 1 class movement ability, no biggie.

I just assumed the delay was intentional. It is super annoying trying to dodge something and then being stuck unable to do anything for a second
