Does anyone have good settings for playing Neverwinter on a Surface Pro 4?

I can't seem to find settings that work for me. I've tried both fullscreen and windowed, but either the texture was really poor (full screen 1280x1024?) or the mouse cursor wouldn't go all the screen (full screen + native resolution) or the camera was really close to my character (windowed).

Any help with settings would be greatly appreciated.

if u change to destop resolution after u change from window maximized to fullscreen mode, your mouse wont be covering the whole screen area. To solve this u need to change back to window maximize mod then back to fullscreen mode again. Only then will ur mouse able to fully cover the whole screen. Also set your resolution render from 0.8 ( default) to 1.0 will give a more sharper resolution.
