Stuck with bound items

Anyone else have Character bound Item in their inventory that they will never use again. I think there should be some type of Garbage bag where you can dump these items for Rough AD. Maybe even pay a price in AD to change them to Account bound. It's better than just Discarding them. What do you think?

I would just like to simply delete stuff I don't want...it is just so annoying taking up space when I could use it for something else

I wonder if they could come up with something you could do to "untie" bound items to be able to move bound character to bound account, and bound account to saleable.
Maybe a cost in AD or a zen token to let you drop used companions into your alts...

Every time I see the idea to pay to make a BtC item BtA I cringe inside. I can see a world where EVERY single item becomes BtC just to force you to pay to make it BtA.

Imo the only items that should be BtC are your armor pieces (once equipped) everything else should be either BtA or unbound (e.g. enchantments).

The purpose of BtA is to prevent things like people with 20-50 characters flooding the market with refinement they get for free from invokes.

I think that rings should be unbound too - I mean, nobody wants a +3 or less so that's just salvage anyway but +4 & +5 rings are so hard to get, players should be able to sell ones they don't want/need.

Imagine if everyone that needed a Lostmauth Horn was forced to farm ELOL until they had one drop?! The +5 rings don't appear to drop more frequently so why not make them tradable?

Personally I think every item should be bound to account rather than just to character. Would make life so much easier to be able to transfer gear around, although of course that's obviously the reason why it hasn't happened.

BTA and BTC are another one of cryptic's money grabs. Its basically forcing people to buy bags or waste items.

With any rpg; table top, computer, and live action I like to think of in game rationales for why a rule applies beyond cost and balance. With anything gained from invoke you can rationalise it as a gift from your god, and to just sell it to a stranger would upset that god a bit and probably result in them telling you to toss off next time you invoked.

I can't come up with any rationale for why rings from skirmishes are bound... If anyone can, I'd love to read it.

Yup and now ressonance stones you get from dragon hoard enchantment and wanderers Fortune are btA can't sell them

I am fine with most of the BtC and BtA, it takes a little getting used to but it mostly makes sense. What I am not fine with is items that I cannot discard. I have two bags that I used and then upgraded and I cannot discard the old bags...wasting my bag space, please let me discard anything I choose.
