Mounts and being unable to swap them out

Why is it I can only have 5 mounts and not be able to swap them out, cause the swap out button is constantly greyed out, I also have better mounts of the same but with plus numbers and run speed better and cant swap them over, I just wasted 35.00 buying a pack for your game and got a epic mount that I can't even use, this is bad programming and a major flaw and insight, I subjected a report to to a games master, name of porphyrios. Ticket reference number 160727-006969 please refer to this for photographs of issue

    Forum staff does not have access to support tickets as we are unpaid volunteers (just regular players).

    You can have more than 5 mounts. If you get more than 5, the swap button would light up. Have you equipped all your mounts into your stable? Can you provide me with a list or screenshots of the mounts that you currently own?
