DUNGEONS- invisible mechanics - Malabog, Lostmauth and Valindras

These dungeons become very very hard, to near impossible because there is a lot of danger indicators missing. (red circles/lines/cones).

Experienced first hand
Malabog's castle... There are no red lines indicating the attack path of frost breath

Lair of lostmauth... There is no red circles indicating when pillars fall from the circle.

    This happens all the time even when you're not in dungeons. Once or twice every time I kill Vart or Char I almost die because I get absolutely no red circle of death to avoid. Even when they do show up they can be so hard to see. Especially when my own ground effects are prominent. Such as Icy Terrain.

    They really need to make them much more obvious and less opaque. And also make sure they are on top of any player ground effects.
