Divine Cleric Skill - Sacred Flame

Hi Arc,
Bug for you here that has unfortunately forced me to stop playing the game as it's an important aspect of playing my cleric build.
Sacred flame is supposed to give nearby allies a temporary hit point bonus on the 3rd attack of this skill. However it is not working meaning I am not able to mitigate damage consistently alongside my healing which means I run out of stacks on healing word too frequently even at my low level of 32. I know how tough the end game raids used to be from my PC days and this is a game breaker for my character build.
