Favor of Sune will vanish?

Hi,

petals will vanish in 38 days but, will Favor of Sune disappear too?

Usually, like the Protector's Figurines, the tooltip will tell you if they expire and how long till they do. I still had Sune Favors from last year, so they shouldn't expire, but any change in a forthcoming patch could change that in an instant. The short of it is, you should be fine.
