The chasm

I think the chasm is bugged..I have quests telling me to go to the chasm but when I do the quest trail tells me to go back through the travel gate..anyone else having this issue? The quests I have are "closer to the source" and "chapter 3: the depths of madness" and I can't do either one

    The problem I'm having is all of a sudden I have no chasm quest list. I was playing last night (11/8/16) when the servers came down. I log in to day to resume play, and suddenly I'm outside the cave area with no way to get back in. What do I do? I want to finish this section ASAP. This for PC btw. Why it shifted me to PS4 I have NO clue.
