Recruiting for [Harbingers Of Lunacy] Guild

hello and welcome to this thread. I assume your reading this thread either cause your interested in joining, like our name, or just curious who we are.
first off, let me start by saying who we are. as the name implies, we are Harbingers, the ones you hidden in the shadows created by the moonlight and the ones who bring demise to the ones who deserve it, for we are the one and only harbingers of lunacy.
second, we welcome all levels to our guild as we offer powerleveling to players who join that can prove to us they plan to stay in our guild awhile and not just using us for free easy levels. that being said, we do have a rank system.
Harbingers Of Lunacy [Ranks](at a later point in time, ranks will be changed to new system to be based on you item level instead of character level):
Rank 1: Exiled Harbinger - (when you first join guild, default you get this rank but you will be promoted to rank 2 moment you join guild. rank 1 is used for members who have become inactive without heads up for awhile or have caused some sort of drama in guild and been given this rank as warning before being kicked).
Rank 2: Harbinger Trainee - (rank you start off as in guild if your level 29 or below).
Rank 3: Promised Harbinger - (once you have hit level 30-39, you will be given this rank as we see a future in your character so far).
Rank 4: Lawful Harbinger - (level 40+ will be given this rank and stay this rank unless they earn a higher rank).
Rank 5: Invoked Harbinger - (level 40+ members will be given this rank if they have remained active and helpful to guild stronghold and members. hearing good things about you from members you have helped is good way to earn this rank[only so many people can get this rank]).
Rank 6: Crazed Harbinger - (this rank is same as rank 5 except you must be 60+ but prefer 70. as previous rank, only so many can get this rank).
Rank 7: Lutanic Harbinger - (this rank is given only to leaders of the guild which currently are me[founder] and my two close friends, we are all. level 70 and on as much as possible. over time as we get extremely loyal members that we can trust, we may given leader rank to very tiny handful of other members that are level 70).
ranks 3-6 all have guild invite permissions and rank 5-6 have officer chat feature.
our guild is currently just a PvE guild as we are trying to get active members first and help them grow in the game for now. that being said, at a later point in time, we will do PvP but it will not be required as we are a guild that you can be yourself in and be pure PvE or PvP if you so choose. also, you are not required to have a microphone to be in this guild, its recommended as it be easier for events, etc. me and other leaders are almost always in a party together when we play and don't mind other members joining chat to speak to us. after me and other leaders get our gear and gold/astral diamond incomes up, we will host guild events here and there to give members a chance to win gold, astral diamonds, gear, etc.
if your interested in our guild, feel free to look up our guild in game and ask a online member to invite you or message me on psn at cZeff and I will respond when I'm on so I can find a time to add you when your on. also, I do have a website that I will be using for our guild but I currently stopped paying for it each month until we have enough active members to make it worth paying for each month. also once alliances are added to ps4 version of this game if they aren't already added, I will be making alliance Lunacy to suit the name of the guild and will be actively searching for other guilds to join us.
