'Dragonborn Legend Pack' item claimed twice on one character?

It's pretty much as the title says. Some time after claiming the pack for my new Dragonborn character I returned to the Reward Claims vendor to browse the other items, when I noticed that the pack had marked itself as claimable again. So, curious, I clicked on it again to see what was going on and it added a second copy of the item to my inventory.

Though I am not sure if this actually is a bug it definitely feels like one to me, so I have not opened the second pack and placed it in the character's bank.

What should I do about this?

The same thing happened to me with the Onyx head start pack. You can't open the chest and you can't sell it. The only thing you can do with it is discard it.
