Receiving WS-37397-9 Error

This has happened twice now. While in game, I try to change characters, the game crashes and closes. The next thing I know is, I can no longer log into my PSN account and my IP gets blocked. I receive the WS-37397-9 Error. I've had my PS4 since it's launch and no other game has done this to me before. And the only way to resolve this issue is to change my IP permanently. It is very frustrating. I hope others aren't experiencing this nonsense as well.
