Is there thing as fail refine?

I refine Rough Astral Diamond late yesterday and fail, I thought I reached my daily limit.

I just failed again today and it's only mid-day.

Is it possible to fail when refine Rough Astral Diamond? is this a bug or I got cheated?

    You can only refine 36,000 Astral Diamonds a day. Have you refined more than that today?

    I did not, it still early in the day. It sometime fail and i get 0 and sometime work. Is this how refine work? It failed once, and worked the next one, and failed again. Why is that?

    What do you mean fail? There's no pass or fail in AD refinement. You can refine 36,000 RAD after which the button greys out. Screenshots please?

    ok, i notice it's a bug, the text always display twice.

    "Astral Diamond refine #" then again display below that
    "Astral Diamond refine 0

    Could be an issue with your mouse or maybe you're clicking twice.

    I get that message sometimes when I zone into an new area. I am not refining any AD. The message just pops up saying "You refine 0 Astral Diamonds." It is a bug since I am not refining anything.

    If you log in for the first time of the day, the system will automatically (or auto-magically ;)) refine ADs up to your limit of yesteday for you. Just check your log for the message.

    I guess, that is the culprit in this case
