Mount Training

I was researching on Mount Training as i noticed that a lot of the mounts are the same just different lvls and wanted to know about upgrading them and see sites that say they existed until Jan but were removed.. does anyone know why and if they will bring them back as that would go a long way to pushing the idea with grinding everything is possible with out spending extra
