Tiamat Hoard Reclamation Tier 3

Quick question.. what is, tiamat hoard reclamation tier 3 unlocked mean? On the top right of the screen?

Ive done plenty of TIamat, but never seen it say Reclamation Tier 3 unlocked before... i was just running through Well of Dragons and it was on the top right corner of screen.

    It means that tier 3 rewards and buffs are unlocked. Highest is level 4. It resets every week and goes up when people donate to the coffer in wod. It was bugged and would reset daily for a long time. It recently got fixed

    what type of rewards are we talking? and i just have to donate 1500 to get the reward correct? or do i need to put in 15 dragon hoard coffers (part of the weekly quest)

    The Tier system is for neverwinter.gamepedia/Temple_of_Tiamat while the 1,500 donation gives you a Linu's Favor
